Pilot Controls
Review pilot-managed application controls and request KEST-assisted changes.
API keys, webhook destinations, retention policies, and delivery rules are not stored or rotated from the browser. Request changes through KEST operations so the update can be reviewed, logged, and applied safely.
Send callback requirements to operations@kest.me. KEST will register, validate, and monitor destinations outside the browser console.
Notifications
Team-level delivery rules are reviewed by KEST during the pilot. Buyer users can still manage personal delivery preferences from Settings.
Use notification preferences for personal channels, or contact KEST to review workspace-level notification rules.
Data
Review how retention and export controls are handled for the pilot workspace.
Export, deletion, and evidence-handling requests should use the Privacy controls page so they can be processed through the audited workflow.
